The crowdfunding journey is over!
Over £70K raised
and 179 investors!
Wow we did it!
During September to November 2020 in the middle of a pandemic, 179 investors helped me raise over £70K to get Loupe off the ground to make it a reality!
"I am so grateful and overwhelmed that during extremely difficult circumstances I managed to exceed my crowdfunding target! Such a great way to end a very challenging year and now I'm looking forward to the exciting times ahead for Loupe in 2021 and beyond!"

What is Crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding is a method of raising capital through the collective effort of friends, family, customers, and individual investors (the ‘crowd’). Funds are raised through an online platform where individuals and businesses set up a profile about their project or venture. Here they can leverage their networks for greater reach and engage with millions of potential funders.
We are delighted to be fundraising with Crowdcube! One of their biggest success stories is Brewdog raising a whopping £26,205,655!
Our raise is a little more modest at £80,000 - £150,000.
Can you help us achieve it?!
What is the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS)?
We will be equity fundraising. This means we will be offering equity in exchange for your investment, and you can become a shareholder for as little as £10.00.
We are also approved for the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS). This is a very generous UK government tax incentive, whereby investors receive a 50% income tax relief on their investment. You will also benefit from a capital gains tax exemption on any profits that arise from the sale of shares after three years. In the event the company folds you receive a further 45% tax relief on the remaining 50% investment. More details can be found here
